摘　　要：目的探讨双源CT新虚拟单能(mono-plus)重建技术在前列腺动脉成像中的应用价值。方法选取38例行前列腺动脉双源CT血管成像(CTA)检查的患者,重建40、50、60、70、80、90、100 keV mono-plus重建图像和常规线性融合图像,并比较各组图像髂内动脉CT值、信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)和图像质量主观评分的差异。结果客观评价方面,40 keV组的CT值、SNR、CNR最高,通过进一步统计分析,40 keV与50 keV、40 keV与60 keV组间SNR、CNR差异无统计学意义。40 keV组原始图及容积再现(VR)图像质量主观评分最高,但40 keV与50 keV组间差异无统计学意义。结论双源CT mono-plus重建技术40 keV、50 keV图像可以明显提高前列腺动脉CT值、SNR、CNR及原始图、VR图的主观评分,40 keV图像为前列腺动脉的最佳mono-plus图像。Objective To explore the application value of advanced virtual monoenergetic(mono-plus)reconstruction technique of dual-source CT in prostatic artery imaging.Methods A total of 38 patients who underwent dual-source prostatic artery computed tomography angiography(CTA)were collected.The mono-plus reconstruction images of 40,50,60,70,80,90,100 keV and the common linear fusion images were reconstructed.The CT value,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)and subjective scores of image quality of the internal iliac artery in each group were compared.Results For the objective evaluation,the CT value,SNR,and CNR of the 40 keV group were the highest.Further analysis showed that there were no significant differences in SNR and CNR between 40 keV and 50 keV,40 keV and 60keV groups.The 40 keV group had the highest subjective score of image quality of original images and volume rendering(VR)images,but there was no statistical difference between 40 keV and 50 keV groups.Conclusion The 40 keV and 50 keV images of the mono-plus reconstruction technique of dual-source CT can significantly improve the CT value,SNR,CNR,and the subjective score of original images and VR images of prostatic artery,and the 40 keV image is the best mono-plus image of prostatic artery.
