摘  要:分析了电厂循环水冷却水系统常见的结垢、沉积问题及其对凝汽器运行效率带来的影响,介绍了使用动态清洁因子表征凝汽器表面结垢情况的方法,并使用此方法分析了电厂凝汽器运行案例.实践表明:此方法可以有效排除发电负荷、背压变化、循环水温度等干扰因素,快速发现凝汽器的结垢趋势并作出提前响应.This paper analyzes the common scaling and deposition problems in the circulating water cooling water system of power plant and the influence on the condenser operation efficiency,introduces the method of using dy-namic cleaning factor to characterize the scale on the surface of the condenser,and analyzes the operation case of the condenser by using this method.The practice shows that this method can effectively eliminate the interference factors such as power generation load,back pressure change,circulating water temperature,and quickly find the trend of condenser scaling and respond in advance.
