摘 要:由于设计需要或场地限制,很多变电站仍然存在大量的户外气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(GIS)汇控柜、机构箱、端子箱、低压开关柜等户外箱柜,受环境影响较大.南方城市箱柜内的水汽凝露会造成绝缘性缺陷,可能导致端子排锈蚀、二次回路短路、甚至开关闸刀误动作等事故,因此研究变电站内箱柜的防潮措施是有重要意义.对变电站户外箱柜的凝露形成原因进行了分析,对运维的传统防潮手段进行了介绍,并对新型户外箱柜防潮的运维策略进行了研究.Due to design needs or site restrictions,many substations still have a large number of outdoor gas insu-lated switchgear(GIS)control cabinets,mechanism boxes,terminal boxes,low-voltage switchgear and other out-door boxes,which are greatly affected by the environment.The condensation of water vapor in the cabinet in the southern city will cause the insulation gap,which may lead to the corrosion of the terminal bar,the short circuit of the secondary circuit,and even the misoperation of the switch knife.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the moisture proof measures of the cabinets in the substation.The causes of condensation in outdoor cabinets of substation are discussed,the traditional moisture-proof means of operation and maintenance are analyzed,and the operation and maintenance strategies of new outdoor cabinets are studied.
