摘 要:以S32申嘉湖高速公路为研究对象,通过采取沥再生预养护措施,对历年路面渗水性能、抗滑性能、车辙深度、路面破损率等进行检测和分析。结果表明:①沥再生预养护技术能改善路面的抗渗和抗滑性能,还能有效防止沥青表层剥落、脱层等现象的发生,配合使用摩擦性砂,可使路面的抗滑性能改善效果更加显著;②沥再生预养护技术不能用于消除车辙和破损等路面病害,但能减缓病害的发展,越早实施越有利;③相对于快车道,在慢车道上采取预养护沥再生技术时,渗水系数、摩擦摆值、车辙深度和路面破损率等指标的改善程度均更优;④在道路通车后的5年内实施沥再生预养护,可取得较好的经济效益。这些经验成果可为本路段的预养护工作提供参考性建议。Taking S32 Shenjiahu Expressway as a case study,the application effect of RejuvalSeal^(TM)pre-maintenance technology was studied.Via detecting and monitoring various road performance indicators over the years,including water permeability,anti-slip performance,rut depth and pavement damage rate,valuable experiment results have been acquired:(1)The RejuvalSeal^(TM)pre-maintenance technology can improve the anti-perrmeability and anti-slip performance of the road surface,and effectively prevent the occurrence of asphalt surface peeling,delamination,and other phenomena.Combined with the use of frictional sand,the anti-slip performance of the road surface is improved more significantly;(2)The RejuvalSeal^(TM)pre-maintenance technology cannot be used to eliminate road surface diseases such as rutting and damage,but it can slow down the development of diseases,and the earlier it is implemented,the more advantageous it is;(3)Compared to the fast lane,when using RejuvalSeal^(TM)pre-maintenance technology on the slow lane,the improvement degree of indicators such as water permeability coefficient,friction swing value,rut depth and road surface damage rate is better;(4)Within 5 years after the road is opened to traffic,implementing RejuvalSeal^(TM)pre-maintenance technology can achieve good economic benefits.These experience achievements can provide reference suggestions for the pre-maintenance work.
