摘  要:国内某钢厂SPA-H黏结率较高,影响板坯质量及生产稳定性。为了有效控制SPA-H钢种黏结,进一步降低SPA-H黏结率,针对影响SPA-H黏结的因素进行统计及对比分析,认为除保护渣因素影响黏结外,工艺制度、班组操作差异、漏钢预报系统选用也是影响SPA-H钢种黏结的重要因素。通过碱度降低至1.35、熔点降低50℃左右等保护渣性能的调整、减小结晶器倒锥度0.04%/m、提高钢水过热度合格率、非稳态过程操作优化以及漏钢预报系统改造等措施,SPA-H黏结率由初期的10%以上逐步降低至3%以下,有效降低了SPA-H黏结率。The sticking rate of SPA-H in a domestic steel plant is at a high level,which affects the quality of slab and production stability.In order to effectively control the sticking of SPA-H steel grades and further reduce the sticking rate of SPA-H,the factors affecting the sticking of SPA-H were analyzed statistically and comparatively.It was concluded that in addition to the mould powder,the process system,the operation difference of the team and the se-lection of the breakout preventing systems were also important factors affecting the sticking of SPA-H steel grades.By reducing the alkalinity to 1.35,melting point to about 5o C and other mould powder performance adjustment,reducing the mold taper of 0.04%/m,improving the superheat of molten steel qualified rate,unsteady stage opera-tion optimization and steel breakout preventing systems reform,SPA-H sticking rate from the initial more than lo%gradually reduced to less than 3%.The sticking rate of SPA-H is effectively reduced.
