摘 要:为了提高转炉锰矿直接合金化工艺中锰的收得率,在200 t转炉内进行了锰矿直接合金化的工业试验。试验分别考查了锰矿加入量、锰矿及造渣料加入顺序以及终点成分对锰收得率的影响。结果表明,当锰矿加入量为6~8 kg/t时,锰收得率能够大于50%。锰矿直接合金化获得较高锰收得率的最佳方案是每隔2 min批次加入锰矿,吹炼6 min后不加入烧结矿。通过对试验数据的分析得到铁水的脱磷是提高锰收得率的前提条件,只有使得转炉终点的碳质量分数大于0.2%,磷质量分数低于0.02%,才能获得高的锰收得率。最后,依据工业试验结果,确定出最佳的吹炼工艺路线。In order to improve the manganese yield in converter manganese ore direct alloying process,the industrial test of manganese ore direct alloying was carried out in 200 t converter.The effects of the addition amount of manganese ore,the addition sequence of manganese ore and slagging material and the end point composition on the manganese yield were investigated.The results show that when the amount of manganese ore added is 6-8 kg/t,the manganese yield can be greater than 50%.The best process for directly alloying manganese ore to achieve a higher manganese recovery rate is to add manganese ore in batches every 2 min,without adding sintered ore after 6 min of blowing.Through the analysis of experimental data,it was found that dephosphorization of molten iron is a prerequisite for improving manganese recovery rate.Only when the carbon mass fraction at the end of the converter is greater than 0.2% and the phosphorus mass fraction is lower than O.02%,can high manganese recovery rate be achieved.Finally,based on the results of industrial experiments,the optimal blowing process route was determined.
