摘 要:为了解决埋弧焊管焊缝缺陷检测问题,针对埋弧焊管焊缝产生缺陷的特点进行探讨,分析缺陷成因及各类无损检测方法特点,采用相控阵超声自动检测方法,通过计算机仿真软件建立埋弧焊管焊缝截面模型并模拟声束全覆盖检测,设计模拟试块应用虚拟探头排列方式对各种缺陷(纵向、横向及热影响区)进行检测。结果表明:相控阵超声自动检测技术对埋弧焊管焊缝缺陷检测结果稳定可靠,能够有效指导埋弧焊管焊缝相控阵超声自动检测工艺设计,直观显示超声波束在焊缝中的覆盖状态,克服相控阵超声检测参数设置的盲目性,为埋弧管焊缝缺陷相控阵自动检测提供借鉴。In order to solve the problem of detection defects of the weld of submerged arc welded pipe,the characteristics of weld defects of submerged arc welded pipe were studied and discussed.The causes of defects formation and the characteristics of various nondestructive testing methods were analyzed.Based on automatic phased array ultrasonic testing method,the section model for the weld of submerged arc welded pipe was established by computer simulation software,and the full coverage detection of acoustic beam was simulated.The simulated test block was designed,and the mode of virtual probe arrangement was used to detect various defects(longitudinal,transverse and heat affected zone).The results showed that the automatic phased array ultrasonic testing technology was stable and reliable for the weld defect detection of submerged arc welded pipe.It could effectively guide the design of the automatic phased array ultrasonic testing process for the weld of submerged arc welded pipe.The coverage state of the ultrasonic beam in the weld could be directly displayed,which overcame the blindness of the parameter setting of phased array ultrasonic testing,and provided reference for the automatic phased array ultrasonic testing of the weld of submerged arc welded pipe.
