摘  要:针对某厂生产的轴承钢高频超声波检测时发现棒材近表面有夹杂物,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对缺陷进行观察和分析,结果表明,轴承钢近表面缺陷为非金属夹杂物,主要是由于结晶器水口结瘤物脱落未上浮,造成连铸坯中存在大颗粒夹渣,在轧制过程中夹杂物被拉长,并随着轧制规格变小,夹杂物趋于棒材近表面。通过采取相应的措施改善工艺以获得高质量的铸坯。Some inclusions were detected on the near the surface of bar bearing steel in high frequency ultrasonic testing.The defects were observed and analyzed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the near surface defects in bearing steel belonged to non-metallic inclusions.The clogs on the crystallizer entry nozzle were dropped without floating upward,leading to large particle inclusions in the continuous casting billet.The inclusions were elongated in the rolling process.With the decrease of rolling specification,the inclusions tended to near the surface of the bar bearing steel.The high-quality casting billet could be obtained by taking the corresponding measures.
