摘　　要：腹腔镜直肠癌手术在我国各级医疗机构已获得推广和普及,如何推进该项技术的高质量开展,与降低直肠癌病人术后并发症发生率、减少复发转移、延长生存期以及功能保留等密切相关,但目前我国腹腔镜直肠癌手术尚缺乏规范、完善的质量控制体系。进一步规范多学科综合治疗协作组(MDT)模式,制定关键技术质量控制标准,建立有效的培训与考评机制,以及构建质量控制督查与评估体系等是建立腹腔镜直肠癌手术质控体系必不可少的环节。Laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer has been promoted and popularized at all levels of medical institutions in China.Promoting the high-quality development of this technology is closely related to reducing the incidence of postoperative complications,reducing recurrence and metastasis,prolonging survival,and preserving function in patients with rectal cancer.However,there is no standardized and perfect quality control system.Further standardization diagnosis and treatment model of the multidisciplinary team,development of quality control standards for key technologies,establishment of effective training and assessment mechanisms,and construction of a quality control supervision and evaluation system are essential to the establishment of the quality control system.
