摘　　要：中国式现代化是党对“后发国家”走上现代化的全新体认,是独具特色的“中国之治”。党的二十大报告从宏观视域系统阐明了中国式现代化的中国特色、本质要求、重大原则等一系列理论与实践问题,体现了合规律性与合目的性的统一。从规律性层面讲,中国式现代化深刻反映了党对“三大规律”认识不断深化的内在逻辑,从目的性层面讲,中国式现代化系统彰显了中国共产党以人民为中心的发展思想,具体体现了中国共产党实现中华民族伟大复兴的实践进路,最终指向了中国共产党创造人类文明新形态的价值要求。站在“两个百年”的历史交汇处,为交出令人满意的中国式现代化答卷,应在适应世情、国情、党情变化的进程中把握好中国式现代化的重要原则,为中国式现代化的发展提供政治保障、方向遵循、可靠力量、强大动力与充沛活力,在合规律性与合目的性的统一中坚持和发展中国式现代化。Chinese path to modernization is the CPC's brand-new understanding of the modernization of developing countries.It is“the code of China's new governance”with unique characteristics.The 20th CPC National Congress systematically expounded a series of theoretical and practical questions about the China characteristics,essential requirements and major principles of Chinese path to modernization.These reflect the unity between rule-obeying and goal-reaching nature.From the perspective of rule-obeying nature,Chinese path to modernization deeply reflect the internal logic of the Party's deepening understanding of the“three major laws”.From the perspective of goal-reaching nature,Chinese path to modernization systematically demonstrate the CPC's people-centered development philosophy,concretely embody the CPC's practical path to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and finally point to the value requirement of the CPC's creation of a new form of human advancement.At the historical convergence of the two centenary goals,in order to hand over satisfactory answers to Chinese path to modernization,we should grasp the major principles of Chinese path to modernization in the process of adapting to the changes of global,national and Party conditions,and provide political guarantee,direction-following,reliable strength,powerful force and abundant vitality for the development of Chinese path to modernization.Only in this way can we adhere to and develop Chinese path to modernization in the unity between rule-obeying and goal-reaching nature.
