摘　　要：爆裂玉米是一种用于生产爆米花的重要经济作物。爆裂玉米的主要育种目标是在保证膨爆品质的前提下提高产量、抗性等农艺性状。近年来,分子标记技术极大地促进了爆裂玉米重要性状的分子机制解析。分子育种策略是将遗传学和基因组学的最新研究成果与传统育种策略相结合,在未来的爆裂玉米品种开发中具有广阔的应用前景。本文对爆裂玉米不同性状的分子生物学研究进行总结,为我国爆裂玉米分子育种实践提供理论参考。Popcorn is an important cash crop used to produce snack food popcorn.The main objectives of popcorn breeding are to improve yield,disease resistance,and other agronomic traits while ensuring excellent popping quality.In recent years,molecular technology has greatly promoted the molecular mechanism analysis of important traits in popcorn.Molecular breeding strategies that integrate the latest innovations in genetics and genomics with traditional breeding strategies have many potential applications for future popcorn cultivar development.This article summarizes the progress in molecular biology research on different traits of popcorn and aims to provide theoretical reference for the molecular breeding practice of popcorn in China in the future.
