摘　　要：以茄芯品种云雪39号为试验材料,设置2022年4月中旬、4月下旬及5月上旬3个不同移栽期的对比试验,研究了不同移栽期对云雪39号的生育期、植物学性状、农艺性状、抗病性、烟叶外观质量、化学成分及产质量的影响。结果表明:云雪39号于4月下旬移栽的田间农艺性状最优,田间自然发病率最低,鲜烟叶产值和晾制后产量最高,分别为127581.20元/hm2和2046.70 kg/hm2,晾制后烟叶化学成分含量与国内外优质茄芯烟叶含量接近,且冷杉醇的含量最高,达到0.12 mg/g。因此,昭通市金沙江流域雪茄烟茄芯品种云雪39号的最佳移栽期为4月下旬较为适宜。Cigar core variety“Yunxue39”was used as test material.Three different transplanting periods were set for 2022:mid-April transplanting,late April transplanting and early May transplanting.The effects of different transplanting periods on the growth period,botanical characters,agronomic characters,disease resistance,tobacco appearance quality,chemical composition,yield and quality of cigar core variety“Yunxue 39”were studied.The results showed that Yunxue 39 had the best agronomic characters and the lowest natural incidence in the field in late April.The output value of fresh tobacco leaves and yield after drying were the highest,reaching 127581.20 yuan/hm2 and 2046.70 kg/hm2,respectively.The chemical composition content of cured tobacco leaves was similar to that of high-quality cigar-core tobacco leaves at home and abroad,and the content of abienol was the highest,reaching 0.12 mg/g.Therefore,the best transplanting date of Yunxue 39 in Jinsha River Basin of Zhaotong City is late April.
