摘 要:以适宜黄淮地区种植的19个常规中熟中粳品种(系)为研究对象,通过设置3个氮肥水平(0、200和300 kg/hm2)研究了不同品种间的氮肥利用效率及农艺性状的变化规律,以此筛选氮高效利用的常规粳稻品种。结果表明:在3种氮肥水平下,19个品种间的氮肥农学利用率及产量相关因素变异显著,其中氮肥农学利用率与株高、穗长、有效穗数、单株谷重呈极显著正相关,株高、结实率、有效穗数、单株谷重随着氮素含量的增加而提高,每穗粒数、氮肥农学利用率随着施氮量的增加而下降。通过不同氮素水平下的产量相关性状分析,筛选出徐63826和南粳5718等2个氮高效利用品种。利用氮高效利用基因NRT1.1B的分子标记对19份常规中熟中粳品种(系)进行检测,结果表明:徐稻3号、徐稻9号及徐香粳16号等18个品种携带nrt1.1b基因型,仅徐63826携带氮高效利用基因NRT1.1B基因型。结合3种氮素水平下的农艺性状与基因型分析,最终筛选出2个氮高效利用品种,其中徐63826携带NRT1.1B基因,南粳5718携带nrt1.1b基因。In order to screen out inbred japonica rice varieties with high nitrogen use efficiency,19 inbred middle-ripe japonica rice varieties(lines)suitable for Huanghuai Region were selected as the experimental materials,and the changes of nitrogen use efficiency and agronomic traits among different varieties were studied under the treatment of three nitrogen levels(0,200 and 300 kg/hm2).The results showed that the nitrogen agronomic efficiency and yield-related factors varied significantly among 19 varieties under three nitrogen levels,and the nitrogen agronomic efficiency was positively correlated with plant height,panicle length,effective panicle number and grains weight per plant.Plant height,seed setting rate,effective panicle number and grain weight per plant increased with the increase of nitrogen application.The grain number per panicle and the nitrogen agronomic efficiency decreased with the increase of nitrogen application.Through the analysis of yield-related characters under different nitrogen levels,Xu 63826 and Nanjing 5718 were screened out as two varieties with high nitrogen utilization efficiency.The molecular markers of high nitrogen use efficiency gene NRT1.1B were used to detect 19 inbred mid-ripe japonica rice varieties(lines).The results showed that 18 varieties including Xudao 3,Xudao 9 and Xuxiangjing 16 carried nrt1.1b gene,but only Xu 63826 carried high nitrogen use efficiency gene NRT1.1B.Combining the agronomic characters and genotypes under three nitrogen levels,two varieties with high nitrogen utilization efficiency were finally screened out,of which Xu 63826 carried NRT1.1B gene and Nanjing 5718 carried nrt1.1b gene.
