摘  要:结合根球计数法、平均增殖率法、相对敏感性评价法及酸性品红染色计数法等多种方法,同步开展温室试验与田间试验,接种用金线虫同源,对14个马铃薯品种的金线虫抗性进行了评价。结果表明,供试的14个马铃薯品种中未发现对金线虫免疫的品种,品种Y505、X5表现出稳定的抗性,YS3、HJ01和V7表现出一定的抗性,但可能受环境因素的影响而表现不稳定,其他9个品种不具备抗性。结合试验结果分析了根球计数法、平均增殖率法、相对敏感性评价法各自的优点以及分别单独使用存在的局限性,并提出了多方法比较,温室试验与田间试验同步进行,接种用金线虫同源,开展马铃薯品种对金线虫抗性评价的建议。研究结果为获得精准的、抗性层级清晰的抗性评价、抗性品种的布局和推广、抗性品种培育等提供了有益的参考借鉴。By multiple methods such as root ball counting,average proliferation rate method,relative sensitivity evaluation method,and acid fuchsin staining counting method,greenhouse and field experiments were conducted simultaneously the nematodes used for inoculation were homologous to evaluate the resistance of 14 potato varieties to nematodes.The results showed that none of the 14 potato varieties tested were found to be immune to the nematode.Y505 and X5 showed stable resistance,while YS3,HJ01 and V7 showed some resistance.However,the performance may be unstable due to environmental factors,and the other 9 varieties do not have resistance.Based on the experimental results,the advantages of root ball counting method,average proliferation rate method,and relative sensitivity evaluation method were analyzed,as well as the limitations of using them separately.Suggestions were also proposed for comparing multiple methods,synchronizing greenhouse and field experiments,and conducting resistance evaluation of potato varieties against G.rostochiensis using the same source of nematodes for inoculation.The results can provide useful references for obtaining accurate and clear resistance evaluation results,as well as for the layout,promotion,and cultivation of resistant varieties.
