摘  要:利用高通量测序技术和生物信息学分析手段,测定了3套不同养殖规模大口黑鲈及美洲鲥鱼鱼—菜共生循环水养殖系统中养殖池、生物滤池、蔬菜水耕区的水质指标、水体微生物菌群的组成。结果显示:T系统水体的总氮和亚硝酸盐氮含量显著高于F系统和S系统的;T系统内部生物滤池水体的氨氮含量显著高于养殖池的;3套系统水体的优势菌门均为拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota),其次是变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、放线菌门(Actinobacteriota);T系统水体的微生物群落多样性显著低于F系统和S系统的,其中拟杆菌门、黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)细菌种群的相对丰度均显著高于F系统和S系统的;3套系统在3个单元的优势菌属均为黄杆菌属;unclassified_f_Rhodobacteraceae、unclassified_f_Comamonadaceae、氟维尼菌属(Fluviicola)、新鞘脂菌属(Novosphingobium)、Limnohabitans为3套系统各单元共有的优势菌属。The water quality indexes and the composition structure of the microbial flora of aquaculture tanks,biological purification tanks and vegetable cultivation beds in three aquaponics system(F,S,T)of Micropterus salmoides and Alosa sapidissima were measured by high-throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics analysis.The results showed that the total nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen contents in the water body of T system were significantly higher than those of F system and S system.The ammonia nitrogen content in the biological filter tank in T system was significantly higher than that in the aquaculture tanks.For the three systems,Bacteroidota is dominant,followed by Pseudomonadota and Actinomycetota.The microbial community diversity of water body in T system was significantly lower than that in F system and S system,and the bacterial population abundance of Bacteroidota and Flavobacterium was significantly higher than that in F system and S system.The dominant bacterial genus is Flavobacterium,and unclassified_f_Rhodobacteraceae,unclassified_f_Comamonadaceae,Fluviicola,Novosphingobium and Limnohabitans are the common dominant genera in each unit of the three systems.
