农户可降解地膜采用意愿的影响因素及层次结构分解——基于社会嵌入与现实情景的实证分析

摘　　要：为加快可降解地膜推广普及进度,利用江苏、山东两省563份使用地膜农户的调研数据,立足于社会嵌入理论与现实情景,借助二元Logistic模型和解释结构模型(ISM)探究了农户可降解地膜采用意愿的影响因素,并解释了显著影响因素间的逻辑关系与层次结构。分析表明:农户受教育程度、合作社成员身份等10个影响因素对农户可降解地膜采用意愿产生显著影响;其中受教育程度和制度信任为深层根源因素,合作社成员身份、政策宣传、补贴力度、试验示范为中层间接因素,生态价值认知、经济价值认知、带动效应、预期应用效果为表层直接因素;模型发生路径可概括为“三路径、单驱动”。今后,应进一步加大教育培训和宣传力度,完善现有补贴政策,加快可降解地膜研发迭代,不断激发农户可降解地膜采用意愿,促进农业绿色转型发展。In order to accelerate the progress of promoting and popularizing degradable film,based on the survey data from 563 households using mulch film in Jiangsu and Shandong,social embedding theory and real-life scenarios,the influencing factors of farmers'willingness to use degradable film were explored by binary Logistic models and interpretive structural models(ISM),and the logical relationship and hierarchical structure of significant influencing factors were explained.The analysis shows that 10 influencing factors,such as farmers’education level and cooperative member status,have a significant impact on farmers’willingness to use degradable film.Among them,education level and institutional trust are deep-seated root factors,cooperative membership,policy promotion,subsidy intensity and experimental demonstration are intermediate indirect factors,and ecological value cognition,economic value cognition,driving effect and expected application effect are surface direct factors.The model occurrence path can be summarized as“three paths,single drive”.In the future,we should further increase education,training and publicity efforts,improve existing subsidy policies,accelerate the research and development iteration of degradable film,continuously stimulate farmers’willingness to adopt degradable film,and promote agricultural green transformation and development.
