摘 要:目的通过对2013年8月至2021年8月在上海交通大学附属瑞金医院(简称瑞金医院)、上海交通大学附属第一人民医院(简称第一人民医院)、上海交通大学附属第九人民医院(简称第九人民医院)肾脏内科专科医师规范化培训(简称专培)基地参培或结业医师的问卷调查,了解住院医师对专培的评价,探讨进一步优化肾脏内科专培教育模式的可能。方法调查采用问卷自填法,设有单选题、多选题、多选排序题。问卷内容包括不同年级专培医师的培训需求、肾脏内科专培医师理论培训、临床技能培训、科研能力、教学能力培训的现况与需求等。结果参与调查医师共34人(其中瑞金医院15人,第一人民医院10人,第九人民医院9人),发放问卷34份,回收有效问卷34份。结论推广以胜任力为导向,分层递进、螺旋上升式的培训模式;切实落实导师制,设立导师小组培训模式;明确亚专业方向;增设脱产科研培训时间;建立专科医师培训基地间合作机制可有助肾内科专培进一步提升和改进。Objective To explore the possibility for further improvement of the standardized training of specialists in nephrology department,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the doctors who were participating in or had completed the standardized training program in nephrology departments of Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University,the First People's Hospital Affliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University,and the Ninth People's Hospital Afiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University from August2013 to August 2021.MethodsA self-filling questionnaire with single-choice,multiple-choice and sorting-choice questions was used in the survey.The content of the questionnaire included the current situation of the standardized residency training in nephrology department,the demand for training among residents in different grades,and the demand for training on abilities of theoretical thinking,clinical practice,scientific research,and teaching.ResultsA total of 34 residnets(among whom 15 were from Ruijin Hospital,10 were from the First People's Hospital and 9 were from the Ninth People's Hospital)participated in the survey.Thirty-four valid questionnaires were collected.Conclusion It may be helpful to further improve the standardized training program in nephrology department by popularizing the mode of competencybased education and the progressive spiral training mode,ensuring the tutors to take the responsibility of training,setting up the tutorial teams,clarifying the subspecialty for the residents,increasing the time for full-time scientific research and establishing the collaborations between different training facilities.
