摘 要:根据电磁场理论基础,建立电磁阀二维轴对称有限元模型。利用仿真软件中参数化设计,对电磁阀安匝数、气隙、铁芯直径、导磁架长度、导磁架厚度等相关参数进行仿真试验。得到在行程中各参数与动铁芯所受电磁力关系,结果表明:在所选各参数中,安匝数、铁芯直径、导磁架厚度对电磁力影响较大。依据仿真结果,结合电磁阀结构及不同参数对电磁阀响应时间影响,选择静铁芯直径4.4 mm,动铁芯直径4.2 mm,导磁架长度12.3 mm,导磁架厚度1.6 mm进行瞬态分析,结果表明电磁阀响应时间明显缩短。Based on the theory of electromagnetic field,a two-dimensional axismetrical finite element model of solenoid valve was established.The simulation tests were carried out on the ampere-turns of the solenoid valve,the air gap,the diameter of iron core,the length of magnetic guide frame,the thickness of magnetic guide frame.The relationship between the parameters and the electromagnetic force of the moving iron core were obtained.The results show that among the parameters,the ampere-turns,the diameter of the iron core and the thickness of the magnetic guide frame have great influence on the electromagnetic force.According to the simulation results,combined with the electromagnetic valve structure and the influence of different parameters on the response time of the solenoid valve,it suggests that the static iron core diameter is 4.4 mm,the moving iron core diameter is 4.2 mm,the length of the magnetic guide frame is 12.3 mm,and the thickness of the magnetic guide frame is 1.6 mm for transient analysis.The results show that the response time of the solenoid valve is significantly shortened.
