摘　　要：利用新型针织圆机开发出新织物,并进行成衣设计。该新机型具有双向移圈、密度电动机压针和自由换纱装置,使得织物组织和花色多样化得以实现。利用这些新功能可以在圆机上直接编织出具有罗纹下摆和其他组织无缝连接的服装面料,不仅可以提高成衣生产效率,还可以提高服装档次,从而带来更大经济收益。文章所述服装面料及成衣方法,有望成为未来服装设计以及生产工艺提升的新趋势。The new garments are designed according to the new fabrics knitted by new generation circular knitting machine.The new type circular knitting machine has two-way loop transfer,density motor needle pressing and free yarn changing device.Using these new functions,fabrics of garment with rib bottom and other seamless structures can be directly knitted on the circular knitting machine,which not only improves the production efficiency of garment making,but also improves the grade of garment to bring greater benefits.The methods of fabrics and garments described in this paper are expected to become a new trend of garment design and production technology improvement in the future.
