摘　　要：采用16.5μm超细美丽奴羊毛与1.10 dtex黏胶紧密纺纱线,选择纬编平针结构,在针织大圆机上开发一种舒适型的羊毛与黏胶针织内衣面料。并研究了经过汽蒸预缩和烧毛处理的羊毛与黏胶针织内衣面料在刺痒感、抗起毛起球及水洗缩率等方面的性能。结果表明,所开发的羊毛与黏胶针织内衣面料比同支数未经过汽蒸预缩和烧毛处理的羊毛与黏胶针织内衣面料刺痒感弱,舒适性、抗起毛起球性、水洗缩率均较好。Using 16.5μm ultra-fine merino wool and 1.1 dtex viscose compact spun yarn,the weft knitting structure of plain was selected to develop a wool and viscose knitted comfortable underwear fabric on the large diameter circular knitting machine.The properties of wool and viscose fabrics treated by steaming pre-shrinkage and singing in terms of itching,pilling resistance and washable shrinkage were studied.The results show that the developed wool and viscose knitted underwear fabrics has less itching sensation,whose comfort,pilling resistance and washable shrinkage rate is better than wool and viscose fabrics without steaming pre-shrinkage and singing with the same yarn counts.
