涂料印花、涂层织物在军事伪装领域中的应用

摘　　要：由纺织品生产的伪装器材使用方便、性能稳定、适于批量化生产、具有多频谱伪装功能及轻量化等优点,是提高军队战斗力、加强自身保护的有效技术手段。文中介绍以涂料印花和涂层方式将普通织物制成防可见光、近红外、热红外、防雷达侦察一体化的伪装隐身产品,并对产品的伪装性能进行表征。指出新型涂料印花、涂层产品的发展趋势。The camouflage equipment produced by textiles is easy to use,has stable performance,is suitable for mass production,and bears multi-spectrum camouflage function and lightweight advantages,which is an effective technical means to improve the military combat effectiveness and strengthen its own protection.This paper introduced the way of pigment printing and coating preparation of ordinary fabrics into visible light,near infrared,thermal in frared,anti-radar reconnaissance integration camouflage stealth products,and the camouflage performance of the product was also characterized.It pointed out the development trend of new pigment printing and coating products.
