摘  要:介绍一种不定向水刺法用于针织面料及其加工方法,研究针织面料多元化结构使用不同水刺加工工艺。阐述根据水刺设备的特性和不定向水刺设计,经水刺法处理的面料,消除织物加工过程中所产生的应力,使纱线更加均匀,从而改善织物的手感和外观。此外,还可增加针织面料的耐磨性和抗起球性能,提高抗皱性,使布面更紧密均匀。并以棉针织物作为研究对象,整理后效果可做到像经丝光处理一般,也可使面料像磨毛起绒的手感,并且其生产过程生态环保,减少能源浪费,减轻成本压力。This article introduced non-directional spunlace knitted fabric and its processing method,and studied the diversified structure of knitted fabrics using different spunlace processing techniques.According to the characteristics of the spunlace equipment and the non-directional spunlace design,the fabric treated by the spunlace method eliminated the stress generated during the fabric processing,and made the yarn more uniform,and improved the feel and appearance of the fabric.In addition,it could also increase the abrasion resistance and pilling resistance of knitted fabrics,improve wrinkle resistance,and make the cloth surface more compact and uniform.When taking cotton knitted fabrics as the research object,the effect could be like mercerization,which could also make the fabric with a fluffy feel.The production process was ecological and environmentally friendly,reducing energy waste and cost pressure.
