摘  要:冶金与化工等生产过程中,物料分离的成本约占总生产成本的50%以上。膜技术以其绿色、高效和节能等优势,成为解决分离挑战的共性技术之一。开发高性能膜材料始终为膜技术的科技前沿和热点难点。为此,基于耦合多重功能材料的思想,以TiO_(2)为功能添加剂,聚醚砜(PES)为高分子基质,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为致孔剂,制备了PES-TiO_(2)复合中空纤维膜,并将其用于水气交换过程。通过优化致孔剂含量及调变TiO_(2)添加量,考察了膜的结构演变过程及水气交换性能。结果表明,TiO_(2)含量对复合膜结构有显著影响。当TiO_(2)含量过高(大于0.5%,质量分数),膜内添加剂发生团聚,膜表面不均匀。作为对比,当TiO_(2)含量在0~0.5%时,可获得分散均匀、表面致密、高机械强度的复合膜。TiO_(2)添加量为0.5%时,复合膜水气交换性能最佳。在干侧空气流量为4~15 L·min^(-1)时,PES-TiO_(2)-0.5复合膜的水传输速率为0.39~1.54g·s^(-1)·m^(-2),水传输效率为20%~33%,性能较优于目前的商售膜,具备良好的应用潜力。For metallurgical and chemical production process,the energy and material consumption of target species separations accounts for nearly 50% of total production cost.Membrane technology featured with environmental-friendly,high-efficiency and low operation cost merits,is considered as one of the most general technology that surpasses traditional separation challenges.Here,focusing on the concept of integrating multiple functional materials into membrane fabrication,this study selected TiO_(2) as functional additive,polyether sulfone(PES)as polymer matrix,and polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP)as pore-formation agent to fabricate PES-TiO_(2) hollow fiber membranes and investigated the membrane performance in water-gas exchange process.With optimizing the content of PVP and TiO_(2),the structure evolution process and structure-performance relationship of PES-TiO_(2) hollow fiber membranes were systematically investigated.The results manifested that the content of TiO_(2) had a significant effect on hollow fiber membranes.First,the introduction of TiO_(2) brought negligible change on the macroscopic morphology of membranes,but the morphology of the inner and outer surface of membranes was obviously different.When the addition of TiO_(2) was less than 0.2%,the inner and outer surfaces of membranes were even-smooth.When the content of TiO_(2) reached 0.5%,the inner surface of the membrane was flat,but the outer surface showed a granular morphology.This phenomenon attributed to that during phase separation of primary membrane filaments,TiO_(2) tended to aggregate toward outer surface of membranes under multiple influences of addition-polymer density difference,radial expansion tension and gravity.In contrast,with further increasing content of TiO_(2) to 0.8%,the granular morphologies appeared on both inner and outer surfaces,which was unfavorable for membranes because of the dis-continuity or pin-hole structure.The influence of TiO_(2) on mechanical properties of membranes was also investigated.As the content of TiO_(2) increase
