摘 要:煤层气含量是表征煤层特征的重要参数,是煤层气资源勘探开发和煤矿瓦斯防突出的重要依据,结合现有煤层取样装置与国内软煤层地质特点,研制了井下煤层密闭取样装置。该装置可实现井下煤层气长距离远程监测,保证密封取样。已在随钻取样煤层瓦斯含量快速测定实验平台上完成模拟煤层取样实验。实验结果表明,该装置可实现密闭边钻进边取样,极大减少了样品煤层气的损失,有效提高了煤矿井下煤层气含量测定的准确性。The content of coalbed methane is an important parameter characterizing the characteristics of coal seam,and is an important basis for the exploration and development of coalbed methane resources and the prevention of coal mine gas outburst.Combining the existing coal seam sampling device and the geological characteristics of domestic soft coal seam,a sealed underground coal seam sampling device has been developed.This device can realize long-distance monitoring of coal bed methane underground,ensuring sealed sampling.The simulated coal seam sampling experiment has been completed on the experimental platform for rapid measurement of coal bed methane content during sampling while drilling.The experimental results show that the device can achieve closed drilling while sampling,greatly reduce the loss of sample coalbed methane,and effectively improve the accuracy of coal mine underground coalbed methane content measurement.
