摘 要:为提高岩巷掘进出矸效率、增加巷道月度进尺,根据井下地质条件和巷道断面尺寸及掘进工艺设计一种高效智能矸石储运系统。对矸仓防堵措施、液压闸板电控方式和矸仓现有容量进行优化改造,实现矿井运输系统连续作业条件下的煤矸高效筛选提升,降低工人劳动强度,提高岩巷掘进出矸效率,将提运能力由改造前的112.5 t/h提升到400 t/h,取得显著应用成果。In order to improve the efficiency of rock excavation and increase the monthly footage of roadway,an efficient intelligent gangue storage and transportation system was designed according to underground geological conditions,roadway section size and driving technology.Through the optimization and renovation of gangue prevention measures,hydraulic ram electronic control mode and gangue capacity,the efficient screening of coal gangue in continuous operation of the mine transportation system is improved,the labor intensity of workers is reduced,the efficiency of rock excavation and gangue discharge is improved,and the lifting capacity is increased from 112.5 th to 400 th,which has achieved remarkable application results.
