摘 要:以920系列中厚煤层采煤机为研究对象,通过对采煤机行走系统、摇臂润滑系统、油标油位系统和机身结构进行优化设计改进,提高了采煤机的爬坡能力,满足了大倾角工作面采煤机油位系统的可视化要求,增强了采煤机在大倾角工作面使用的安全性和可靠性。工业性试验表明,920系列采煤机对大倾角工作面适应性好,运行稳定、可靠。Taking the 920 series medium thick coal seam shearer as the research object,through the optimization design improvement of shearer walking system,rocker arm lubrication system,oil mark oil level system and body structure,improved the shearer climbing ability,which meets the visualization requirements of the oil level system of the shearer in high angle working face,and enhances the safety and reliability of the use of the shearer in high angle working face.Industrial test shows that the 920 series shearer has good adaptability to high angle working face,stable and reliable operation.
