摘 要:针对传统带式闸制动的JZ16t-1000型凿井绞车在使用过程中存在的问题,提出了使用盘式闸来替代带式闸的改进方式,并对刹车盘进行了轻量化设计。使用有限元分析法对其进行了静强度校核,求解了极限工况下绞车的平均等效应力。将计算结果导入Femfat并对其危险焊接部位定义焊缝,对轻量化设计前后的绞车进行强度和疲劳分析。结果表明,在刹车盘上挖去5个孔,其疲劳安全系数为1.22,满足疲劳安全系数大于1.1的设计要求。验证了改进的盘式制动闸应用在凿井绞车上的可靠性.In view of problems in the actual use of JZ16t-1000 sinking winch with traditional band brake,using disc brake to replace belt brake was proposed,and carried out lightweight design of brake disc.The static strength of the winch was checked by using the finite element analysis method,and the average equivalent stress of the winch under the limit condition were solved.Imported the calculation results into Femfat and define the welding seams for its dangerous welding parts,and conduct strength and fatigue analysis for the winch before and after lightweight design was carried out.The results indicate that five holes are dug on the brake disc,and the fatigue safety factor is 1.22,meet the design requirements of fatigue safety factor greater than 1.1.The reliability of the improved disc brake applied in the drilling winch is verified.
