摘 要:针对煤矿门式起重机双驱动起升系统在工作中出现制动不同步现象的问题,首先,通过理论分析、制动性能校核,变频器故障调用、搭建PLC监控系统监控变频器等方式来进行分析研究;然后,对监控系统采集到的数据进行处理分析,发现当变频器不能实时通信时,变频器控制的电机不能同步动作,导致制动器产生冲击载荷,系统出现故障;最后,通过改进系统控制方式,提高门式起重机双驱动起升系统同步性。In view of the issue of asynchronous braking in the coal mine gantry crane dual drive lifting system during operation,firstly analysis and research were conducted through theoretical analysis,brake performance verification,frequency converter fault call,and building a PLC monitoring system to monitor the frequency converter;then processed and analyzed the data collected by the monitoring system,it was found that when the frequency converter cannot communicate in real time,the motor controlled by the frequency converter cannot synchronize,resulting in impact loads on the brake and system failures;finally the synchronization of the double drive lifting system of gantry crane is improved by improving the system control mode.
