摘 要:采用力学分析的方法,从大倾角液压支架失稳机理出发,探讨了大倾角情况下液压支架在工作面推进过程中临界失稳角的计算方法,总结了支架2种失稳形式,模拟了支架受偏载情况下各部位受力情况及位移。研究结果表明:大倾角综采工作面液压支架主要失稳形式为倾倒和下滑失稳,当煤层倾角大于支架失稳临界角时,液压支架存在失稳风险;对顶梁施加1.1倍偏载额定工作阻力载荷后,液压支架顶梁应力最大处可达148.02MPa,顶梁变形量为7.44mm。基于此建立大倾角液压支架智能监测调控系统模型,设计了以侧护板和平衡千斤顶为主动件的智能监测调控系统模型,实现对液压支架的智能调控,达到发现和预防液压支架失稳的目的。Based on the mechanism of instability of hydraulic support with large inclination angle,used the method of mechanical analysis to discuss the calculation method of the critical instability angle of hydraulic support during the advancing process of the working face at large inclination angle,and summarized two types of instability of the supports.The stress and displacement of each part of the support under eccentric load were simulated.The research results show that the main forms of instability of the hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining faces with large dip angles are toppling and sliding instability.When the coal seam dip angle is larger than the critical angle of support instability,the hydraulic support has a risk of instability.After applying 1.1 times the rated working resistance load of eccentric load to the top beam,the maximum stress on the top beam of the hydraulic support can reach 148.02 MPa,and the deformation amount of the top beam is 7.44 mm.Based on this,an intelligent monitoring and control system model for large angle hydraulic support was established.An intelligent monitoring and control system model with side shields and balance jacks as active components was designed to achieve intelligent control of the hydraulic support,and achieve the purpose of detecting and preventing the instability of the hydraulic support.
