摘 要:针对圆锥破碎机工作性能研究认识的不足,构建了圆锥破碎机系统三维模型,采用离散元法(DEM)与有限元法(FEM)耦合技术,利用多面体模拟矿物颗粒,并对破碎过程中破碎腔的受力状态进行运动学仿真。分析结果表明:矿物颗粒在破碎腔破碎过程中,动锥及偏心轴承受较大力,较容易磨损;在不同转速下,动锥转速与矿物颗粒的破碎比和破碎效率呈负相关;同时分析了动锥转速和轧臼壁变形量之间的关系。为圆锥破碎机参数优化提供参考。In view of the lack of understanding on the working performance of cone crusher,constructed a three-dimensional model of cone crusher system,used the coupling technology of discrete element method(DEM)and finite element method(FEM),used polyhedron to simulate mineral particles,and carried out kinematic simulation on the stress state of the crushing chamber during the crushing process.The analysis result shows that during the crushing process of mineral particles in the crushing chamber,the moving cone and eccentric bearing are subject to relatively strong force and are easy to wear.At different rotating speeds,the rotating speed of the moving cone is negatively correlated with the crushing ratio and crushing efficiency of the mineral particles.At the same time,the relationship between the rotating speed of the moving cone and the deformation of the rolling mortar wall is analyzed.It provides reference for parameter optimization of cone crusher.
