大倾角采煤机摇臂润滑加油位分析探讨

摘　　要：分析探讨了大倾角采煤机摇臂的加油位和加油量,通过模拟仿真软件分析和车间试验相结合的方法找到合适的加油位及对应加油量。大倾角摇臂车间试验共分6种状态:下摆45°,下摆55°,下摆25°,上摆45°,上摆75°,上摆90°。通过设置于一轴、三轴和七轴的透明钢化玻璃观察窗来观察不同状态时摇臂的润滑情况并记录摇臂运行时的温度变化情况,为以后的实际应用提供强有力的参考。Analyzed and discussed the oiling position and the oil mass of large dip angle shearer rocker arm,and found the appropriate oiling position and oiling quantity through the method of software simulation analysis and workshop test.The workshop test of large dip angle rocker arm can be divided into 6 states:lower swing 45°,lower swing 55°,lower swing 25°,upper swing 45°,upper swing 75°and upper swing 90°.Through the transparent glass observation windows which set in axis one,axis three and axis seven,observes the lubrication of the rocker arm in different states and records the temperature change of the rocker arm during operation,which can provide a strong reference for the practical applicationinthefuture.
