摘 要:首先通过对27SiMn调质态冷拔管的硬度、强度进行验证,确定了其在液压油缸生产中应用的技术可行性;通过将调质态冷拔管的尺寸检测结果与热轧无缝管尺寸要求相对比,同时结合液压支架行业设备现状,论证了其在油缸生产中应用的加工可行性;最后对液压油缸缸筒用调质态冷拔管取代热轧无缝管引起的变化进行分析,并结合材料学原理对调质态冷拔管在液压油缸生产中的应用前景进行了展望。First confirmed the technical feasibility of its application in the production of hydraulic cylinders by verifying the hardness and strength of 27SiMn quenched and tempered cold-drawn tubes.Then compared the size test results of quenched and tempered cold-drawn tubes with the size requirements of hot-rolled seamless tubes,and at the same time demonstrates the processing feasibility of its application in the production of hydraulic cylinders by combining the current situation of equipment in the hydraulic support industry.At last,the change caused by replacing hot-rolled seamless tube with quenched and tempered cold-drawn tube in the cylinder barrel of hydraulic cylinder was analyzed,and the application prospect of quenched and tempered cold-drawn tube in the production of hydraulic cylinder was prospected based on the principle of material science.
