摘 要:以某截割减速器斜齿轮副及其传动轴系为研究对象,进行了齿轮承载能力计算,并对仿真结果进行了验证;以齿廓、齿向修形原理为基础,通过齿轮修形的设计方法,对比分析考虑轴系对齿轮副啮合接触的影响,研究不同修形量作用下齿面接触应力分布情况、传动误差等传动性能指标,并确定了最合适的修形方案,使齿面接触应力分布得到极大优化,提升了齿轮副传动性能。Taking a cutting reducer helical gear pair and its transmission shaft system as the research object,the gear load capacity was calculated and verified by the simulation results.Based on the principle of tooth profile and tooth direction modification,through the design method of gear modification,the influence of shafting on the meshing contact of gear pair was analyzed and compared,the transmission performance indexes such as the distribution of tooth contact stress and transmission error under the effect of different modification quantities were studied,and the most suitable modification scheme was determined,which greatly optimizes the distribution of tooth contact stress and improves the transmission performance of gear pair.
