摘  要:转载破碎机具有结构简单、故障率低等特点,在各矿区得到广泛应用。设备的左、右行走系统由2个操作手柄控制,行走过程中会因动作手柄的幅度大小和液压系统的响应时间等因素,导致左右行走系统不同步,行驶速度不易控制,对设备操作人员和周围人员存在很大的安全隐患。为解决此问题,对行走液压系统进行了升级改进,使设备正常工作时实现低速行走,搬家倒面时为提高工作效率使用高速行走,实现转载破碎机高低速行走的切换,既满足了矿方在工作中安全低速行走的要求,也实现了矿方倒面过程中高速行走的需求。Transfer crusher has the characteristics of simple structure,low failure rate,and has been widely used in various mining areas.The left and right walking system of the equipment is controlled by two operating handles.During walking,due to the amplitude of the operating handle and the response time of the hydraulic system,the left and right walking system will be out of synchronized,and the driving speed will not be easy to controll,which brings great security risks to the equipment operators and surrounding personnel.In order to solve the problem,upgraded and improved the walking hydraulic system,so that the equipment to walk at low speed when working normally.Uses the high speed walking to improve work efficiency when moving upside down surface,realizes the switch between high and low speed travel of the transfer crusher,not only meets the requirements of the mine in the work of low speed walking safety,but also achieves the mine side in the process of high speed walking demand.
