矸石充填工作面刮板输送机优化升级及应用

摘　　要：邢东矿主要采用专用吊挂式矸石刮板输送机进行矸石充填作业。在矸石充填作业过程中,吊挂式矸石刮板输送机经常出现减速器高频次打齿损坏、工作面矸石充填率不平衡、弹性梅花垫频繁损坏等一系列问题。以矸石刮板输送机为研究对象,分析了综采工作面实际情况,深入研究了矸石刮板输送机的机械结构和工作机理,对矸石刮板输送机结构、入料粒径及其动力配置进行了优化升级。现场实践证明,矸石刮板输送机在11235工作面没有出现减速器打齿损坏,矸石充填平衡,弹性梅花垫使用寿命显著提高,具有较好的经济和社会效益。Xingdong mine mainly adopts special hanging gangue scraper conveyor for gangue filling operation.In the process of gangue flling operation,the hanging gangue scraper conveyor often peoduced a series of problems,such as high frequency tooth damage of reducer,unbalanced flling rate of gangue at the working face and frequent damage of elastic plum flower cushion.Taking gangue scraper conveyor as the research object,analyzed the actual situation of the comprehensive working face,deeply studied the mechanical structure and working mechanism of the gangue scraper conveyor,the structure,feed particle size and power allocation of gangue scraper conveyo were optimized and upgraded.The field practice has proved that the gangue scraper conveyor in 11235 working face is without reducer tooth damage,gangue filling has balance,elastic plum pad service life increases significantly,which has preferable economic and social benefits.
