摘 要:为了实现西南某煤矿的智能化开采和降本增效,对11084综采工作面进行了智能化改造及应用,主要介绍了支架电液控制系统、采煤机控制系统和智能集成供液系统,阐述了工作面自动采煤、泵站远程控制、井下集控室远程控制、井上分控中心一键启停等功能。改造以后矿井实现了综采配套设备的智能化控制,实现了煤矿安全高产高效开采。In order to realize the intelligent mining of a coal mine,and reduce cost and increase efficiency,the 11084 fully mechanized mining face carried out the intelligent transformation and application,mainly introduced the support electro-hydraulic control system,shearer control system and intelligent integrated liquid supply system,and expounded the working face automatic coal mining,pump station remote control,remote control in underground centralized control room,ground sub-control center onekey start and stop and other functions.After the transformation,the mine has realized the intelligent control of the fully mechanized mining supporting equipment,and realized the safe,high-yield and efficient mining of the coal mine.
