摘  要:为了研究沥青路面裂缝发生、发展规律,进一步认识并预防沥青路面裂缝,依托北京大杜社公路材料腐蚀与工程安全国家野外科学观测研究站足尺路面试验环道RIOHTrack,对19个沥青路面试验段裂缝从产生到发展的过程进行了持续观测,对经历6×10^(4)次累计标准轴载作用后路面裂缝现状以及裂缝形成的原因进行了分析和判断。结果表明:在重载交通使用环境下,行车道的横向裂缝是薄沥青层结构的主要裂缝形式,且主要为荷载型的Top-down裂缝;裂缝的产生与环境温度、荷载大小以及沥青混凝土层厚度和基层刚度等多种因素有关,环道低温裂缝与传统认为的反射裂缝不同,主要表现为首先产生于轮迹带位置以及首先产生于表面层,并自上而下发展,在相同气候环境和荷载作用下,不同类型结构的裂缝差异是显著的,对于薄面层的沥青路面结构,基层刚度、结构组合形式对于车道横向裂缝产生的影响较为显著;荷载型横向Top-down裂缝和车辙病害作为沥青面层两种典型的荷载疲劳损伤,具有负相关关系,即裂缝病害严重的结构,其车辙深度往往较小,反之,裂缝病害较轻的结构,车辙深度往往较大,当沥青面层为18 cm时,路面的Top-down裂缝和车辙病害都较为严重,沥青面层18 cm可能是半刚性基层结构对偶性病害的“拐点”厚度。In order to study the occurrence and development of asphalt pavement cracks,and further understand and prevent asphalt pavement cracks,on the study background of a full-scale pavement test loop(RIOHTrack)at National Observation and Research Station of Road Materials Corrosion and Engineering Safety in Dadushe Beijing,19 asphalt pavement test sections are continuously observed during the process of crack formation and development,and the present situation of the pavement cracks and the causes of the cracks after 6×10^(4)accumulative standard axle loads is analyzed and judged.The result shows that(1)The transverse crack of the roadway is the main crack of the thin asphalt layer structure under heavy traffic environment,and the Top-down crack is the main load type.(2)Cracks are caused by many factors,such as ambient temperature,load,thickness of tarmac and stiffness of base course,it is mainly shown that the cracks are first produced at the position of the track belt and first at the surface layer,and develop from the top to the bottom,for the asphalt pavement structure with thin surface layer,the influence of base stiffness and structure combination form on the transverse crack of the lane is obvious.(3)As two kinds of typical fatigue damage of asphalt pavement,load-type transverse Top-down crack and rut disease have negative correlation,that is,the depth of rut is usually smaller in the structure with serious crack disease,and vice versa,the top-down crack and rut are serious when the asphalt surface is 18 cm,which may be the“inflection point”thickness of semi-rigid base structure.
