摘 要:为在改扩建工程中准确评价既有高速公路路面性能,合理制订相应的利用策略,首先基于我国《公路技术状况评定标准》中各个单项指标的分级水平对欧洲COST354模型中单项指标的分级进行了修正。其次,以江苏省高速公路病害发展规律以及改扩建项目特征为基本依据,借助层次分析法对平整度、车辙深度、构造深度、摩擦系数、承载能力、裂缝以及表面破损指标权重进行了修正。然后,按照基于优先最大准则,将上述单项指标组合为行车安全性、行车舒适性和路面结构指数这3项综合指标,对不同综合指标权重组合结果进行了对比分析并确定了最终权重组合。进而,提出了一套针对既有高速公路改扩建项目的路面性能评价体系及各分级水平对应的路面处治方法。最后,以2019年A和B高速行车道的修正COST354模型评级结果为基础,结合上述旧路利用策略制订流程,统计得到不同处治方案的路段数量。结果表明:修正COST354模型能够反映单项病害交叉对路面性能的影响,相应评价指标能够更加有效地对路面使用性能进行分级;修正COST354模型总体指标比我国规范总体指标更加严格且区分度更大;A高速5200个评价单元和B高速3380个评价单元中,需要功能性修复的路段分别为1667个和1141个,需要整体处置的路段分别为1个和47个。In order to accurately evaluate the performance of existing expressway pavements and reasonably formulate corresponding utilization strategies,first,the classification of the single indicators in the European COST354 assessment model is revised based on the classification level of the single indicators in Chinese Highway Performance Assessment Standards’.Second,based on the development rule of expressway diseases and the characteristics of expressway reconstruction and extension projects in Jiangsu Province,the weights of evenness,rutting depth,structural depth,friction coefficient,load bearing capacity,cracks and surface damage indicators are revised by using AHP.Then,according to the maximum priority criterion,the above individual indicators are combined into 3 comprehensive indicators(driving safety,driving comfort and road structure index),and the results of different comprehensive indicator weight combinations are compared and analyzed to determine the final weight combination.Furthermore,a set of pavement performance assessment systems for existing expressway reconstruction and expansion projects and corresponding pavement treatment methods for different classification levels are proposed.Finally,based on the rating result of revised COST354 models of expressway A and expressway B in 2019,the number of road sections treated by different schemes is calculated based on the formulation process of the old road utilization strategy mentioned above.The result shows that(1)the revised COST model can reflect the influence of single disease intersection on pavement performance,and the corresponding assessment indicators can classify pavement performance more effectively;(2)the overall indicators of the revised COST354 model are more stringent and discriminative than the overall indicators in Chinese specification;(3)among the 5200 assessment units of expressway A and 3380 assessment units of expressway B,there are 1667 and 1141 sections that require functional repair respectively,and there are 1 and 47 sections th
