飞机荷载下横隔梁对装配式简支箱梁桥力学行为的影响

摘  要:为研究上部结构横向连接对大宽跨比装配式飞机荷载桥梁力学性能的影响,以广州白云机场3期扩建工程H1滑行道桥为对象,基于ABAQUS平台建立了精细化非线性数值模型,系统研究了飞机静载及移动荷载作用下横隔梁数量以及中横隔板尺寸对装配式飞机荷载桥梁主梁力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:增加横隔梁数量可显著降低主梁的挠度和弯矩,减小中梁与边梁之间的挠度差,提升装配式梁桥的整体性,相较于仅设梁端横隔梁,增设3道跨中横隔板可使飞机静载下响应分别降低23.35%,34.38%,24.85%;增大中横隔板高度可加强各片主梁间的横向联系,对于大断面装配式飞机荷载桥梁而言,当中横隔板高度超过主梁高度的80%时,中横隔板的联结作用才可抵消其自重带来的负面影响;超过主梁高度90%时,可有效降低主梁跨中挠度并起到较强联结作用;设置中横隔板会造成横隔板与主梁连接处混凝土产生横向拉应力,提高中横隔板厚度可缓解连接处的应力集中现象,中横隔板厚度从100 mm增加到300 mm时连接处最大横向拉应力降幅38.50%;飞机移动荷载作用下上述参数对主梁的挠度和弯矩的影响规律与静载作用下相似,但相较静载作用下影响更明显。To study the influence of the horizontal connection of the superstructure on the mechanical properties of prefabricated bridge with large wide-span ratio under aircraft load,taking the H1 taxiway bridge of 3rd phase expansion project of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport as objective,the refined nonlinear numerical model is established based on the ABAQUS platform to systematically study the effect of diaphragm number,height and thickness of the middle diaphragm on the mechanical properties of the main girder of the assembled bridge under static and moving aircraft load.The result shows that(1)the increase of the diaphragm number can significantly reduce the deflection and curvature of the main girder and the deflection difference between the middle girder and the side girder,and enhance the integrality of the prefabricated girder bridge,compared to only installing transverse diaphragms at the beam end,adding three mid span transverse diaphragms can reduce the response classification of the aircraft under static load by 23.35%,34.38%,and 24.85%;(2)increasing the height of the middle diaphragm can strengthen the horizontal connection between each main girder,and only when the height of the diaphragm exceeds 80%of the main girder height,the connection effect of the middle diaphragm can offset the negative negatives caused by its self-weight;(3)setting a middle diaphragm can cause transverse tensile stress in the concrete at the connection between the diaphragm and the main beam.Increasing the thickness of the middle diaphragm can alleviate the stress concentration at the connection;(4)when the thickness of the middle diaphragm increases from 100 mm to 300 mm,the maximum transverse tensile stress at the connection decreases by 38.50%;(5)the effect of the above parameters on the deflection and moment of the girder under moving load is similar to that under static load,but greater than that under static load.
