摘　　要：随着“一带一路”合作倡议的推进,我国绿色建筑标准体系迎来了国际化推广的机遇期。2022年,我国推出了首部国际性绿色建筑标准《国际多边绿色建筑评价标准》,这是我国绿色建筑标准体系的扩展,其应用也必将提升“一带一路”沿线国家的建筑性能与品质,助推当地经济、社会的高质量发展。以南太平洋国家巴布亚新几内亚的星山广场(二期)项目为例,重点从项目周边环境与资源利用、建筑文化传承、隔热通风处理、采光及照明节能设计、外围护体系性能提升、暖通系统性能提升以及节水、节地、建筑微环境打造等多个维度出发,探讨中国绿色建筑标准体系在“一带一路”沿线国家的探索与实践效果。该示范项目的打造,对指导“一带一路”共建国家的建筑发展具有重要意义,将在行业内起到良好示范作用。With the promotion of the“the Belt and Road”cooperation initiative,China’s green building standard system has ushered in an opportunity period of international promotion.In 2022,China launched the first international green building standard,the International Multilateral Assessment Standard for Green Building,which is an expansion of China’s green building standard system.Its application will also improve the building performance and quality of countries along the“the Belt and Road”and boost the high-quality development of local economy and society.Taking the Star Mountain Plaza(Stage 2)Project in Papua New Guinea,a South Pacific country,as an example,this paper focuses on the surrounding environment and resource utilization,architectural culture inheritance,heat insulation and ventilation treatment,lighting and lighting energy-saving design,improvement of the performance of the peripheral protection system,improvement of the performance of the heating and ventilation system,and creation of water,land and building microenvironments.To explore the exploration and practical effects of China’s green building standard system in countries along the“Belt and Road”.The construction of the demonstration project is of great significance for guiding the construction development of“the Belt and Road”co-construction countries,and will play a good demonstration role in the industry.
