摘 要:随着“一带一路”工程的推进和节能低碳理念的普及,中国企业开始越来越多地承接具有建筑节能、低碳需求的海外项目。目前针对“一带一路”沿线国家的建筑节能策略研究还十分欠缺。分析东南亚热带地区传统建筑的节能措施及其在现代建筑中的应用,并针对东南亚地区某普通别墅项目,利用计算机模拟的方法对建筑能耗进行预测、分析,从而提出可行且适宜的建筑节能技术体系。此体系包括良好隔热性能的屋面、外墙、首层地面、外门,较低太阳得热系数SHGC值的外窗,合理传热系数K值的外窗及建筑遮阳设施,自然通风的降温策略,良好的建筑气密性及高效热回收的新风系统等。从建筑节能角度考虑,该地区的外窗不宜追求过低或过高的传热系数K值。相关技术措施的节能性能与建筑能耗的关系及变化趋势值得东南亚热带地区其他建筑借鉴。With the promotion of“the Belt and Road”project and the popularization of the concept of energy-saving and low-carbon,Chinese enterprises have begun to undertake more and more overseas projects with building energy-saving and low-carbon needs.At present,the research on building energy-saving strategies for countries along the“the Belt and Road”is still lacking.The energy-saving measures of traditional buildings in the tropical regions of Southeast Asia are analyzed as well as their applications in modern architecture.For a typical villa project in Southeast Asia,computer simulation methods are used to predict and analyze building energy consumption,thus proposing a feasible and suitable energy-saving technology system for buildings.This system includes roofs,exterior walls,ground floors and exterior doors with good thermal insulation performance,exterior windows with lower solar heat gain coefficient(SHGC values),exterior windows with reasonable heat transfer coefficient(K values)and building shading facilities,natural ventilation cooling strategies,good building air tightness,and efficient heat recovery fresh air systems.In the application of exterior windows in this region,it is not advisable to pursue too low or high heat transfer coefficient(K values)from the perspective of building energy efficiency.The relationship and trend between the energy-saving performance of these technical measures and building energy consumption are expounded,which is worthy of reference for other buildings in tropical regions of Southeast Asia.
