摘　　要：社会性弱势群体的权利保障已成为我国经济社会高速发展过程中不可忽视的社会问题。运用文献资料与逻辑分析法,首先对社会分层和弱势群体体育权利保障的相关概念及内涵进行了梳理,接着从为何与何为两大维度分别对我国社会性弱势群体体育权利保障困境的成因和改进途径进行剖析。此外,针对社会弱势群体人口众多、生存压力巨大、健身意识培养不足、权益保护机制不完善等现实情况,深入审视了实现体育公平所面临的问题与阻力,并基于体育伦理学视角关注我国社会弱者的体育权利,旨在为弘扬公平平等的体育伦理精神、推动建设体育权利保障体系完善的现代化社会提供理论支持与参考。The protection of the rights of socially vulnerable groups has become a social issue that cannot be ignored during the rapid development of China's economy and society.Using literature review and logical analysis methods,this paper first sorts out the relevant concepts and connotations of social stratification and the protection of sports rights for vulnerable groups.Then,it analyzes the causes and improvement ways of the dilemma of sports rights protection for social vulnerable groups in China from two dimensions,why and what.In addition,in response to the reality of a large population of vulnerable groups in society,enormous survival pressure,insufficient cultivation of fitness awareness,and imperfect rights and interests protection mechanisms,a thorough examination was conducted on the problems and obstacles faced in achieving sports equity.Based on the perspective of sports ethics,attention was paid to the sports rights of the weak in China's society,aiming to promote the spirit of sports ethics of fairness and equality Provide theoretical support and reference for promoting the construction of a modern society with a comprehensive sports rights protection system.
