摘　　要：为发掘现有城市垃圾分类中各个痛点及希望点,探索出城市垃圾分类的服务设计发展路径,来满足当代社会可持续发展需求。调查分析国内外城市垃圾处理现状,梳理城市垃圾处理的流程和利益相关者完善居民垃圾分类的途径和信息获取,设计来一套基于可持续理念的城市垃圾处理服务系统设计。提出促进居民垃圾分类的相应策略,提出基于垃圾循环的处理方法“分类分装分运输”的分类构思。可持续的设计需要从系统和全局出发,系统的设计以环境影响最小化、资源使用最佳为基本目的去达到“零废弃”的循环利用,来达到城市垃圾可持续化。From the current situation,the system solution of urban waste treatment is explored based on sustainable design,and the design thinking is emphasized from multiple angles and systems.Investigate and analyze the current situation of domestic and foreign urban waste treatment,sort out the process of urban waste treatment and the ways for stakeholders to improve the classification of household waste and information acquisition,and design a set of urban waste treatment service system based on the sustainable concept.Put forward three strategies to promote the classification of residents'garbage,and put forward the classification concept of"classification,packaging and transportation"based on the garbage recycling treatment method.Sustainable design needs to start from the system and the overall situation.The basic purpose of the system design is to minimize the environmental impact and optimize the use of resources to achieve"zero waste"recycling and achieve the sustainability of urban garbage.
