摘　　要：通过设计提升搜索可用性以促进用户使用地图导航服务。通过实验法研究输入方式对年轻用户地图导航搜索体验的影响,从有效性、效率、满意度三方面评估3种输入方式对用户地图导航搜索可用性的影响。输入方式对用户地图导航搜索可用性有显著影响,语音输入可用性最高,虚拟键盘输入可用性一般,手写输入可用性最低;VUI满意度高于GUI。未来地图导航搜索系统设计应趋向非接触式交互。Search usability is enhanced by design to promote the use of map navigation services by users.This paper studies the influence of input methods on the search experience of map navigation of young users by experimental method,and evaluates the influence of three input methods on the usability of map navigation search from three aspects:effectiveness,efficiency and satisfaction.The input mode has a significant impact on the usability of map navigation and search.The usability of voice input is the highest,the usability of virtual keyboard input is general,and the usability of handwriting input is the lowest;VUI was more satisfied than GUI.The design of map navigation and search system in the future should be non-contact interaction.
