摘 要:采用OM显微镜、扫描电镜、万能试验机等研究了冷变形A286不锈钢经650~900℃/4~48 h时效处理后的微观组织和室温拉伸性能。结果表明:A286不锈钢时效后的主要析出物为碳化物、γ′相和η相。主要强化相γ′相在650℃时效后析出,随温度的升高粗化速率明显增大,粗化机制基本遵循Lifshitz-Slyozof-Wagner(LSW)理论,但在800℃长期时效后偏离LSW理论。η相在700℃长时间时效后析出,800℃时效后大量析出,随着时效时间的延长,η相析出方式由晶界胞状析出向晶内针状析出转变。时效后A286不锈钢的室温拉伸实验表明,随着时效温度的升高强度呈现下降趋势,这是γ′相尺寸过大和η相的析出共同导致的。The microstructure and room temperature tensile properties of cold deformation A286 stainless steel after aging treatment at 650-900℃/4-48 h were studied using OM microscope,scanning electron microscope,universal testing machine,etc.The results show that the main precipitates of A286 stainless steel after aging are carbide,γ′phase and n phase.γ′phase precipitates after aging at 650℃ and its coarsening rate significantly increases with increasing of temperature,which means the coarsening behavior basically follows Lifshitz-Slyozof-Wagner(LSW)theory,but deviates from the LSW principle after long-term aging at 800℃.η-phase precipitates after long-term aging at 700℃,the volume fraction of nphase increases significantly after aging at 800℃.As the aging time prolongs,the mode of η-phase precipitation changes from cell like precipitation at grain boundaries to needle like precipitation within grains.The room temperature tensile test of A286 stainless steel after aging shows that the strength shows a decreasing trend with the increase of aging temperature,which is caused by the large size of η-phase and precipitation of n phase.
