摘 要:目的分析提高口腔专科护士岗位胜任力的路径,为临床口腔护理工作者制订培训方案提供科学指导。方法检索中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库,全面收集相关文献进行研究。结果共纳入11篇文献。文献研究结果显示,与传统培训模式相比,采用个体化培训模式,能提高培训质量。结论培训口腔专科护士时,需辩证制订培训方案,展示新型授课模式的优势,促使口腔专科护士快速提升岗位胜任力。Objective To analyze the paths to improve the competency of dental specialty nurses and provide scientific guidance for clinical dental nursing workers in formulating training plans.Methods The full-text database of Chinese academic journals,Wanfang database and VIP database were searched,and the relevant literature was collected comprehensively for research.Results A total of 11 articles were included.The literature research results show that compared to traditional training models,adopting individualized training models can improve the quality of training.Conclusion When training dental specialty nurses,it is necessary to dialectically formulate a training plan,demonstrate the advantages of the new teaching model,and promote the rapid improvement of job competency of dental specialty nurses.
