儿童生长曲线的发展历程及中国儿童生长曲线的应用

摘　　要：生长评价与监测是儿童保健与儿科临床的实践基础,采用生长曲线图进行动态监测与评估是最适宜的技术工具。经过200余年的不断发展,生长曲线图在促进儿童健康,早期发现异常、协助疾病诊断及评估干预治疗上发挥了重要的作用。中国儿童生长曲线的研究与制定已经达到了较为完善和先进的水平,但正确理解和合理使用还需要不断培训、实践和验证。Growth evaluation and monitoring is the basis of child health care and pediatric clinical practice.Using growth chart for dynamic monitoring and evaluation is the most appropriate technical tool.Through more than 200 years of development,growth charts have demonstrated their important role in promoting children's health,detecting abnormalities early,assisting disease diagnosis,and evaluating the efficacy of intervention treatments.Even though the research and development of growth charts in China has reached a relatively perfect and advanced level,the correct interpretation and appropriate use of these charts require continuous training,practice and verification.
