摘  要:镀锌钢因其优异的耐腐蚀性,常用于车身制造中,因此其焊接性受到广泛研究,而CMT焊接镀锌钢板时飞溅少,可以减少出现气孔的可能性,故CMT在镀锌钢板焊接应用中具有极大的优势。采用1.0 mm厚的DP590热镀锌双相钢作为焊接母材,选用直径1.0 mm的BHG-2M焊丝作为焊接材料,利用CMT数字化焊机进行搭接焊。控制送丝速度与焊接速度作为焊接工艺参数,研究不同焊接工艺参数下焊接接头气孔和锌层烧损情况。通过能谱仪对锌层成分进行分析,并测量焊接接头正反面锌层烧损宽度。结果表明,焊缝中气孔的产生和焊接线能量密切相关,线能量越大,气孔率越低。焊缝上表面中心烧损严重,Zn元素基本完全蒸发,两侧烧损程度逐渐递减,越靠近焊缝中心的下表面锌层氧化程度越大。增加焊接速度或减小送丝速度,焊缝锌层烧损程度降低。The galvanized steel is commonly used in car body manufacturing for its excellent corrosion resistance,so its weldability has been widely studied.CMT welding has less splash when welding galvanized steel plate,which can reduce the possibility of pores.CMT has great advantages in galvanized steel plate welding application.The DP590 galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm is taken as the welding base material,and the BHG-2M welding wire with a diameter of 1.0 mm is used as the welding material.The CMT digital welder is used for lap welding.Wire feeding speed and welding speed are adjusted as the welding process parameters to study the porosity and zinc layer of welding joint under different welding process parameters.The composition of zinc layer is analyzed by energy dispersive spectrometer and the width of zinc layer is measured.The results show that the generation of pores in the weld is closely related to the welding heat input.The higher the heat input,the lower the porosity.The center of the upper surface of the weld is severely burned.Zn is almost completely evaporated.The degree of burn on both sides gradually decreases.The closer to the center of the weld,the greater the oxidation degree of the zinc layer on the lower surface.Increasing the welding speed or reducing the wire feeding speed will reduce the burning degree of the zinc coating in the weld.
