摘  要:城市化建设的持续推进对区域生态质量影响日益加剧,及时、客观、定量地评价生态质量的时空变化对生态保护和政策制定至关重要.本研究以雄安新区为研究区,以Landsat系列遥感影像为主要数据源,基于Google Earth Engine(GEE)平台构建了改进的遥感生态指数(RSEI),在此基础上,对雄安新区2000—2022年的生态质量进行了分析和评价.研究表明:(1)改进后的RSEI模型可以较好的反映雄安新区长时间序列生态质量变化的全貌.(2)雄安新区的生态质量总体上呈先下降后上升的趋势.其中,2000—2011年生态质量呈下降趋势,集中分布在城乡周围以及雄县东部地区,耕地退化、林地退化、围湖造田以及建设用地的扩张等是造成生态质量下降主要原因;2011—2022年,生态质量呈好转趋势,雄县东部植被增加,白洋淀的水域面积恢复以及雄安新区建设初期一系列生态保障工程的开展,是促使生态好转的重要原因.(3)以耕地为主的植被用地对雄安新区内的生态质量具有重要影响.雄安新区作为我国未来城市的样板,其发展建设的经验值得借鉴推广.The continuous promotion of urbanization has an increasingly serious impact on regional ecological quality.Timely,objective and quantitative evaluation of the temporal and spatial changes in ecological quality is very important for ecological protection and policy making.Taking Xiong'an New Area as the research area and Landsat remote sensing images as the main data source,this study constructed an improved Remote Sensing Ecological Index(RSEI)based on Google Earth Engine(GEE)platform.On this basis,the ecological quality of Xiong'an New Area from 2000 to 2022 was analysed and evaluated.The results show that(1)the improved RSEI model defines the direction of feature vectors and avoids the randomness of the original model's calculation results,and the batch calculation results can better reflect the overall picture of long-term ecological quality changes in Xiong'an New Area,providing a scientific basis for the development,construction and sustainable development of Xiong'an New Area.(2)Overall,the ecological quality of Xiong'an New Area showed a trend of first declining and then rising.Among them,the ecological quality showed a downwards trend from 2000 to 2011,concentrated in the surrounding urban and rural areas and the eastern area of Xiong County,and the degradation of arable land,forestland,lake reclamation and expansion of construction land were the main reasons for Ecological quality decline.From 2011 to 2022,the ecological quality showed an improvement trend,the vegetation in the eastern part of Xiong County increased,the water area of Baiyangdian was restored,and a series of ecological protection projects were carried out in the early stage of construction of Xiong'an New Area,which were important reasons for the ecological improvement.(3)The vegetation land mainly cultivated has an important impact on the ecological quality in the new district,which is easily affected by seasonal changes in crops,so more attention should be given to the ecological quality in this part of the district.As a model for futur
