摘 要:在BV620LF可控震源铰接机构维修过程中,铰接销轴、销轴承孔及关节轴承等附件存在过度磨损的问题,即在多种外力(拉力、扭转力、高频振动力)的作用下,铰接机构出现偏磨,配合间隙异常增大,前后车架连接松旷,导致可控震源铰接机构不得不进行大修作业。本文针对铰接机构异常磨损及维修过程进行分析和总结,形成了铰接机构维修的方法,解决了使用常规方法维修存在的维修质量低下及维修过程复杂的问题,现场应用获得了明显效果,以期为彻底解决此问题提供借鉴和参考。In the maintenance process of the BV620LF vibroseis articulating mechanism,the problem of excessive wear exists in accessories such as the articulating pin,pin bearing hole and joint bearing,i.e.,under the action of multiple external forces(tensile force,torsion force,high-frequency vibration force),the articulating mechanism shows bias abrasion,with an abnormally large fit clearance and loose connection between the front and rear frames,which results in the articulating mechanism of vibroeis having to carry out overhauling operations.This paper analyzes and summarizes the abnormal abrasion and repair process of the articulating mechanism,and forms a method of articulating mechanism repair,which solves the problems of low repair quality and complex repair process that exist in the use of conventional method of repair,and the field application has gained obvious effect,in order to provide reference for the thorough solution of this problem.
